Yesterday was really tough so today we are going to dial down the tempo of everything a little.  But we have a great workout planned for you today.  Its alot of fun to play with the sled so we are pulling it out for some pushes.

There is no rush today, you can rest as needed between everything.  I want you to focus on quality lifts and getting heavy if its clean.  The same goes for the sled, load it up nice and heavy if you can push it well.
